This Nottingham Mental Health Awareness Week join the team from Relate, a Nottingham based counselling provider, as they take over a space for 1:1s in the new Nottingham Central Library. Drop in and meet a professional to learn how counselling works, what happens when you get counselling, how a therapist might benefit you and more during this open Q&A session.
This collaboration between Central Library and Relate aims to demystify the process of counselling, combat some of the myths and preconceptions about receiving therapy, and provide access to in person information for those who want it.
