Globally renowned rock icon and founding member of Hanoi Rocks, Michael Monroe, today announces a special show at KK’s SteelMill in Wolverhampton on Thursday 28th November, when he celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the classic Hanoi Rocks album “Two Steps from the Move". Tickets on sale from Friday 12 July.
Icon, song-writer, multi-instrumentalist, media personality, flamboyant force of nature and one of rock’s most celebrated and uber-kinetic front-men, Michael has been a name and a (much-photographed) face on the scene since 1979, when he played a central role in the formation of Hanoi Rocks – the legendary Finnish glam-punk heroes who were on the precipice of taking the world by glitter-storm. In the leather-bound history of heartfelt rock ‘n’ roll, not only will Michael Monroe have at least one chapter all to himself, but his name will be colourfully threaded throughout.
This November, Michael along with his bandmates Sami Yaffa (also formerly of Hanoi Rocks), Rich Jones, Steve Conte and Karl Rockfist will take to the stage at the KK’s Steelmill to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of “Two Steps From The Move” by playing the album in its entirety with the second half of the show featuring a best of set from all eras of Michael Monroe.
This is a show not to be missed! Only date outside London
